Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on April 16, 2021 found that At Home Health Services had corrected the following deficiency cited under the requirements of 42CFR, Part 484, Subparts B & C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of a Medicare recertification survey that was completed on February 19, 2021.

Chapter 601. The deficiency was cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on February 19, 2021.
